Kids Classes
Spring 2012: 10-class spring series runs from April 16th – June 29th. Contact us to get updates about classes for children.
Monday
Age 4: 5-5:45 pm. Apr 16th – Jun 25th.*
Wednesday
Ages 6-8: 4 -5 pm. Apr 18th – Jun 20th.
Friday
Ages 5-6: 4 -4:45 pm. Apr 20th – Jun 29th. **
Ages 9-12: 5 -6:30 pm. Apr 20th – Jun 29th. **
*Monday, May 28th classes will be cancelled for Memorial Day weekend.
**Friday, June 8th classes will be cancelled for our annual summer retreat.
All students must come to all classes in full uniform (which includes our group t-shirt, abadas a.k.a. group pants, and cord). If your child is new to capoeira, please be sure to include uniform cost along with your registration form.
Registration
Please download the Registration Form and either bring the form filled by your parents/guardians to the academy or send via USPS.
Pricing
Classes are $190 except for the AGE 9-13 / FRI 5pm class. The AGE 9-13 / FRI 5pm class class is $220.
If your child hasn’t trained with us before and needs to purchase a full uniform please include an additional $60.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be available prior to class in full minus a $30 administration fee. Refunds requested after classes begin but prior to the 3rd week will receive a refund minus the administrative fee plus the cost of any classes attended. After the 3rd class, no refund is available.
Raízes do Brasil Capoeira Brooklyn reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment. In the case of cancellation of an entire series, you will receive full refund or can have it applied as Capoeira Brooklyn credit.
